Document Submission: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Interviews: Mondays and Wednesdays from 08:00 a.m. until completion.

A completed visa application form
A passport valid for six months beyond the proposed visit
One passport size photo
$45 (U.S. dollars) or dalasi equivalent (nonrefundable)
